Meanwhile, Turk gets nervous when Carla starts contemplating returning to work now that the baby is born. Thinking that he won't be able to support his family he begins giving medical advice on the side for a quick buck. Elsewhere, Eliot contemplates moving into a private practice.

Eddie tries to befriend the only other Chinese kid in school, but he's in for a letdown after he finds out that they have nothing in common. Louis feels betrayed when Mitch accepts a job at the rival Golden Saddle.

Louis discovers that Cattleman's Ranch has been given a poor grade on a restaurant review and petitions the reviewer for another chance.
