Daniel Stewart

Picard awakens after being hit by a particle stream from a mysterious probe to find himself on the dying planet Kataan. As the crew tries to revive him, Picard clings to his memories whilst experiencing decades living the life of another man.

To prevent war being waged on the Federation, a half-Klingon emmisary who is also an ex-girlfriend of Worf is taken onboard, and Worf masquerades as Captain.
