Jack Norton

Unforgettable comedy character actor, in many films and invariably as the well-dressed but almost completely incoherent drunk. Mustachioed, his features rumpled (and usually his clothes too), Norton added hilarity to many films, though in later years some questioned the treatment of alcoholism as a subject for comedy.
