Jamie faces official reprimand from Frank when he refuses to explain why he contests the arrest report of a fellow officer who was assaulted in the field; Danny and Baez clash when their lead suspect for a murder is one of Danny's favourite comics.

Not knowing they were left by Nygma, Gordon and Bullock follow a trail of clues in a robbery. Also, Gordon receives an anonymous threat, Penguin meets his father, and Bruce works on his street smarts.

Detective Jim Gordon is in jail for a crime he didn't commit. Surrounded by criminals he helped put there, he has more than one target on his back. Meanwhile, the Penguin's new family is not so accepting.
