Detective Jim Gordon is in jail for a crime he didn't commit. Surrounded by criminals he helped put there, he has more than one target on his back. Meanwhile, the Penguin's new family is not so accepting.

Having escaped prison, detective Jim Gordon must now work to clear his name. However, he might have trusted the wrong people.
