When Frasier learns of the imminent closure of one of Seattle's most famous restaurants, he, Niles, Martin and Daphne go along to bid the place goodbye. Then, in a moment of madness, Frasier and Niles decide to put in an offer for the restaurant. All seems well and good; until the chef quits on the night that all the major food critics decide to visit.
