Shannon Lucio

Before suffering a knee injury in high school, Shannon Lucio wanted to become an Olympic cross-country runner. Luckily, another aspiration presented itself when Lucio took an acting class during her senior year. The San Antonio native then applied--and was accepted--to the University of Southern California School of Theatre. After graduating from USC, Lucio found steady work in television and movies; she even produced three short films. But the actress is perhaps best known for her 2004-05 stint on Fox's immensely popular teen dramedy "The O.C.." She played Lindsay Gardner, the smart girl whose involvement with bad boy Ryan leads to the requisite heartbreak. Afterwards, Lucio appeared on multiple episodes of the on-the-lam serial "Prison Break," the ensemble hospital series "Grey's Anatomy," and the short-lived supernatural drama "The Gates." She has also appeared in films both big and small, including the high-school-grad bank caper "Graduation," the relationship drama "Say Goodnight," and "Feast of Love," director Robert Benton's romantic drama starring Greg Kinnear and Morgan Freeman.
