It's time for the Cempaka Hall Student Management Committee elections. Bryan runs for Vice-President, and Priya is appalled to learn that everyone is voting for superficial reasons, while a rumour about Philip's past brings him under scrutiny.

Zarina and Desiree are at odds and Zarina finds comfort in her budding friendship with Si En, who introduces her to the strange and wonderful world of cosplay. Philip is convinced that there's more to his sister's death than has been reported.
