Mr Benn lives at No. 52 Festive Road. He's a regular suburban suited Sir who visits a mysterious Fancy Dress Shop, run by an equally mysterious Shopkeeper. The changing room is more mysterious still, for once Mr Benn has put on one of the costumes he always finds himself stepping out into a fantasy land in which he is the star performer.
