Pet School

Series which sees nine pet-crazy kids and 51 loveable animals brought together for two weeks. On day one at the Pet School, the nine children are assigned their first-ever pet practice. Later, Britain's most talented dog, Pudsey, and his owner Ashleigh drop in for a visit. Then the pet heads meet their pet buddies for the first time. Can Pet School give our nine Pet Heads the skills to become responsible pet owners?

Sophie, Liam and Rachel welcome six newly-hatched chicks to `Pet School', but cleaning out the chicken coop tests their teamwork. While one group mucks out the stables, another learns about dog breath - up close and personal. Things get hairy when Nikita, the curly haired tarantula, is brought in for an Extreme Pet visit. Later, Ashleigh and her famous pooch Pudsey give Giulia some celeb-tested tips for bonding with her dog.

It is day three at Pet School, and Micah and Liam horse around while on bird duty. Checking cats for fleas proves more difficult than expected. Ysabel, Rachel, and Sam head to the reptile room, where they feed live locusts to the bearded dragon. Elsewhere, Liam finally bonds with dog Mollie, but picking up after her is still a major obstacle.

On day four at Pet School, everyone is thrilled when Mya, the black labrador puppy, comes for a visit. Micah starts warming up to the rabbits and Sam faces his fear of stick insects. Later a three-and-a-half-metre, 13-kilo python named Mr Sunshine stops by and Outnumbered star Daniel Roche and his dog Peaches get a celebrity introduction to some of Pet School's residents. The first week of term is nearly over.

It is day five of `Pet School', and Aaron announces a pet buddy shakedown. Some of the participants are thrilled, but after a week of highs and lows, others are devastated to be handing over their pet buddies to someone else. Things have changed for the nine Pet Heads, but they must still learn the skills to become responsible pet owners. Can they persuade their parents to get them a pet of their own?

It is day six of the last week at Pet School and the nine children are getting to know their new Pet Buddies, some more successfully than others! Ysabel's getting to grips with Elvis the corn snake, and Tej reluctantly hands Kiki over to Sophie, but Micah's still not going near any of the animals - even the dog he desperately wanted as a Pet Buddy. Later on, Celebrity dancer Artem Chigvintsev from 'Strictly' drops in.
