The Turtles help April throw a not-so-happy birthday party. An anchorman who used to report the news makes headlines when he becomes a mutant-worm.

After learning that the Jupiter Jim moon buggy has been repossessed, the TMNT need to do a job to get it back. The Turtles must endure Splinter's rat flu and the terrible seven stages that come with it.
