Secret Location

House hunters are whisked off to areas that they wouldn't normally ever consider in a blacked-out car. Helen and Dan Wright have moved around with Dan's work as a trainee brain surgeon, and hope to finally be able to put down some roots in Oxfordshire. However, their £285,000 budget isn't enough for anything like what they want in the pricier parts of the county, so they may have to settle for somewhere less snobby.

Property expert Sunita Shroff meets Cathie and Tim in Edinburgh. They've been planning to get married, but everything is on hold until they find the marital home and after a year of searching the pricier parts of the city, they're still living in rented accommodation. Sunita shows them bigger and better than they've ever seen before, but hopes the properties still look as good once this couple know where they are.

Sunita goes house hunting with Pav and Kabir. Since they started a family, they've wanted to leave East Ham in London. East End boy Kabir is scared of moving too far away and is adamant that he won't move south of the river. It quickly becomes clear to Sunita that Pav and Kabir want very different things, meaning they may have to move well out of their comfort zone to find it.

Sunita helps Dominic and Tamara Lake to leave their London bubble. They want more space but can't afford it in Crystal Palace, and so far their search has only taken them a few miles further out, to even pricier locations. Dominic admits they've ruled out vast swathes of South East England. They like the houses Sunita shows them, but it's soon obvious that their two favourites are in the locations they like least.

Sunita visits Zoe and Chris in West Lothian. They've looked for over a year in a tiny search area, but that's all that's small about this search. They've got a big wish list, starting with a palatial garage for their classic cars, and the house has to be suitable for Chris, who's a 21-stone judo expert and prospective Olympian. Sunita finds them a house they love, but it's in a location they've ruled out.

Angie has sold her house and given her daughter Leia the deposit to buy her first home, but Leia's fixated with where she lives in Ealing, West London. Leia wants a one-bedroom party pad but Angie thinks her daughter should move further out for a two-bed. Sunita introduces them to areas where Leia would never look.
