Car enthusiasts Will and Elo enjoy taking beat-up rust buckets and turning them into blinged out vehicles. Each episode of `Ultimate Wheels' focuses on the transformation of a classic car that is often needed for an event - such as a music video or fashion shoot - or a demanding client, such as a Saudi royal family. The programme highlights the entire process, beginning with Will heading out to find a bargain and haggle with the seller to get the car, which is then brought into the shop. That's when the fun really starts. The guys plan the design they want to go with and work on the actual makeover until the exciting moment when the newly refurbished car rolls out of the workshop for the first time. But getting there isn't always smooth sailing as the mechanical genius of Will and Elo's style prowess occasionally cause the pair to butt heads when they disagree about parts of the project. But in the end the project gets finished and then the guys sell the car for profit ... they hope.
