A group of would-be superheroes find their thunder is forever stolen by the ubiquitous Captain Amazing. When the Captain is kidnapped by Casanova Frankenstein, it is up to the band of misfits to step up and save both Captain Amazing and their city and prove that they have what it takes to be superheroes.
