The legendary criminal mastermind, `Doc' Riedenschneider is just out of prison, and comes up with a plan for one last $500,000 heist. He rounds up the gang, safecracker Louis, driver Gus, financial backer Emmerich and muscles Dix Handley, who seem to be on form. However, once the job is underway, small accidents and mistakes add up until it looks like each member's weakness will ruin the whole plan.
