When his wife and children are killed by Florida drug lord Howard Saint, vengeful FBI agent Frank Castle turns vigilante and dedicates himself to wrecking Saint's life. He sets up camp in a crummy apartment, but finds his neighbours a little too neighbourly, and they end up involved in his vengeful plan.
