Suspect

A public defence lawyer jeopardises her career by collaborating with a juror in the trial of a deaf-mute Vietnam veteran accused of murder. The defendant's case seems hopeless until a sleuthing juror realises that a key fact is being overlooked. Illegally, he and the overworked attorney begin a quest to procure absolving evidence, on the way uncovering high-level corruption.
