Small-town girl Donna trains to become a flight attendant, and gets a job with a low-class airline, even though she's never flown before. Eventually she learns to be a great flight attendant, and applies to train with a bigger airline, to be able to fly the big international routes, but her dreams are not all they are cracked up to be.
