Popsy comes home to find Sneha broken and in tears. She comforts Sneha and encourages her to get a new place. She sneaks in a conversation about Rohit too. Rohit and Billu celebrate by rinking whiskey. Billu wants to know how Rohit managed to acquire the space from Sneha in return of a kiss. Rohit tells him that he doesn't know himself and is going out on a date with Sneha to gather more details. Billu is amazed and declares that Rohit is the biggest stud that he has ever met. Rohit feels bad about getting the cafe like this. Billu comes up with the brilliant plan of merging the two businesses. He advices Rohit to open a designer cafe shop with Sneha as the partner. When Rohit proposes this to Sneha, she happily agrees. They both withdraw all their savings and the preparation for the &Bae of Bengal begins. The cafe slowly starts taking shape. Angika and Billu have a fallout because apparently this business merging was her idea, which Billu passed on as his own. Things look almost perfect when Rohit receives a call from the bank. The loan gets rejected!
