An ex-hit man is injected with a mysterious cocktail of drugs by his arch-rival that will kill him if his heart rate drops below a certain level. Hurtling through a succession of sex and violence in order to keep his pulse rate up, he must seek revenge and keep himself and his girlfriend alive.
