Paani

Paani is an emotional story set during Punjab's turbulent militancy years of 1994-95. After Sukha is falsely branded a militant and killed by police, his younger brother Jaggi is forced by society to marry his widowed sister-in-law Pal despite their sacred bond. The film explores love, loss, duty, and the silent pain carried by families during Punjab's darkest times.
