A young man arrives in Mumbai from South India in search of a job. After being falsely jailed, he meets an underworld boss and joins his gang. Living in a poor neighbourhood, he also meets a beautiful girl. But she is not aware of his underworld connections and he is soon torn between his girlfriend and his gangster life.
