Ramu and Murthy are boss and manager and also best buddies. Ramu falls in love with Sita. During the wedding, a gangster, who wants to marry Sita, tries to create trouble. In the ensuing fight, Murthy loses his legs. Meanwhile, an unhappy Jawarayya plans to shatter the marriage by getting Ramu to believe that Sita is in an illicit relationship with Murthy.
