Sakthi, a rich spoilt brat falls for Indhu. His father, Vinu meets his friend Jayaganesh and they agree on a marriage proposal for their children. Sakthi wants to break the deal because he loves Indhu and wants to marry her, but he does not realise that Indhu is Jayaganesh's daughter. He tries to break the engagement by asking his cousins to misbehave and indulge in a fight. Ultimately in the end, the two get married.
