Alexander Gemignani

An overworked Diane delegates one of her responsibilities - a seat on a blue ribbon panel investigating alleged police misconduct - to Alicia. The case involves a police officer who shot and killed a man on a subway platform. Alicia begins to suspect that the other members of the panel are unwilling to get to the bottom of what actually happened. She then must tackle some of the most influential judges and politicians.

Dawson finds it hard to keep her emotions in check while assisting a pregnant teen. Casey is forced to make a life-or-death decision.
