As a favour to her mother, Alicia represents a group of computer programmers who are involved in a dispute over their employment contract with a software company. When Alicia advises her clients to form a union, the assistants at Lockhart & Gardner get the same idea, leaving the firm's partners less than pleased. Meanwhile, Kalinda is irked when she hears that Robyn has a better benefits package than she does.
