Sitting in a bar, Al reminisces about past Christmases with his family. Needing extra money to purchase Christmas presents, he starts working as a department store Santa, but in the end he gets them gifts from Ray's bar.

Al refuses to provide assistance to Bud and Kelly. Marcy, Al, Peg and Jefferson watch movies at the D'Arcy house, while Bud tricks Kelly into babysitting a group of rowdy kids and goes to a concert.
