Alicia, Will and Diane step in to help quirky lawyer Elsbeth Tascioni when she is arrested, putting the case she's working on in jeopardy. Her client, an Olympic athlete, is accused of doping and banned from an upcoming race while attempting to sue a sponsor for non-payment. Elsewhere, when Peter discovers that Maddie Hayward intends to challenge him on the subject of racial bias, he is given conflicting advice.
