When an erratic and litigious client is murdered in the street, the police ask Alicia for information about him to assist in their investigation. Will and Diane advise her to be cautious about waiving her attorney/client privileges, but then Alicia learns that the killer may also be targeting someone close to her. Meanwhile, Peter and Mike Kresteva compete to gain the influential endorsement of a local Cardinal.
