Astitva - Ek Prem Kahani is a Hindi romantic drama television series starring Niki Aneja Wali, Varun Badola, Alok Nath and Yuvika Chaudhary. Dr. Simran, a renowned gynaecologist, is wooed by Abhimanyu, a photographer ten years younger to her. Both Simran and Abhimanyus parents oppose the relation but they marry going against their family.
