Arundhati, a mother of four, wakes up from a haunting dream where she dies picking flowers off a cliff for a puja. She lies to her strict army husband, Mahendran, that their children are obedient.

After a haunting dream, Arundhati seeks solace in a radio show hosted by her favourite, RJ Parvathi. Mahendran urges her to let go of her fear and take charge amid their clashing views on parenting.

Mahendran rushes to protect Arundhati after a threat, a prank pulled by her friend Maheshwari. Sensing Parvathi’s distress during her show, Arundhati comforts her privately with sisterly warmth.

As Arundhati invites Parvathi to her anniversary, Mahendran grows wary of Maheshwari’s intentions. While Parvathi loses her RJ job, Arundhati sends her flight tickets to Munnar.

Arundhati, uneasy about Anjali’s poor marks, admits to altering her report card to shield her from Mahendran. As Maheshwari hides her true motives, Parvathi boards a flight to see Arundhati.

Maheshwari distracts Parvathi at the airport and disappears. As Parvathi falls off a cliff trying to reach Arundhati’s home, Mahendran spots her injured at an army medical facility.
