Badi Heroine Banti Hai

Kajal and Advait are introduced. They hail from different places. Kajal happens to work under Advait who owns a fashion company. Kajal somehow is attracted to Advait but Advait finds Kajal stupid and is rude to her. The story takes a turn when the fashion show is stopped due to an uncertain event.

There appears chaos immediately after the showstopper is found dead. Arjun is howled by the media and he is rescued by Advait. A mysterious man in mask is seen going around in the place. Employees of the VSD being interrogated by the police officer Gyaan Prakash Singh. Later Veer’s will is found and it came to apprise to everyone’s astonishment about who the owner of the company would be.

Advait is totally astounded to find out about Kajal’s ownership of the company. He concludes that she was Veer’s mistress. He asks Kajal to hand him over the company but she denies because she is hurt the way he defamed her. Saket, the lawyer of Veer Singhania was about to send a video message explaining what happened to Veer meanwhile another incident takes place.

Escaping from the media Advait rushes Kajal to a bar. Being irritated with Advait’s accusations Kajal shows him how she must have seduced his father which ends up in some heated scenes between them. The proof related to Saket’s murder get tempered. Advait is seen to focus on getting the company back from Kajal.

Advait promised her to give back her job if she signs the paper but denies after the papers were signed. The media reaches Kajal’s building and there they find Advait Singhania. Kajal declares about her being engaged to Advait as a revenge to him. Advait in order to outdo her kisses her in public and declares their marriage. Advait is like challenge accepted.

Advait finally gets the ownership of VSD. But the papers he got signed are invalid. Japanese cohort agrees to meet Advait once news of his engagement goes public. He has to call Kajal to the office to maintain the engagement pretence and to cut the cake sent by the Japanese cohort for their engagement. Finally Kajal comes to the office and committed to maintaining her engagement acting.
