The brothers' ultra-mini tank, The Badger, goes in the Guinness Book of World Records for Smallest All-Terrain Armoured Vehicle, inspiring them to improve its armour.

The brothers are building their latest invention, an off-road vehicle designed to travel into coal mine tunnels. With the delivery date past, the shop crew shifts into high gear.

The US Army asks the team to modify two tanks: Ripsaw MS1 and Ripsaw MS2. MS1 is a remote-controlled tank and MS2 is a manned version. Now, they must make MS2 operate remotely.

Geoff and Mike get the idea to build a miniature version of the Ripsaw. They call their newest invention Mini-Rip and market it to the general public as a recreational vehicle.

Geoff is inspired to build a high-speed concept vehicle that can travel on water and land. It has been a life-long dream and, despite other deadlines, he decides to do it.

A SWAT unit call-out asks to see a functioning Badger, the world's smallest armoured tank. After an explosive ballistics test blew its tracks to pieces, the brothers must fix it.
