Bhoomige Bandha Bhagavantha

Fed up of his wife Girija's taunts, Shiva Prasad vents out in front of her picture. His boss's son Vivek Deshpande insults him for his advice. Later, Bhagavantha appears in front of Shiva Prasad.

Shiva Prasad gets nervous as he sees glimpses of Bhagavantha in his house at night. A visit by the homeowner worries Shiva Prasad. Later, an email sent by Shiva Prasad gets him fired from his job.

Shiva Prasad comes across Bhagavantha, who proves to him that he is Lord Shiva and promises to be with him as his friend. Elsewhere, Girija's sister, Gowri and her husband Kashinath pay her a visit.

Shiva Prasad gets excited to tell his family about his meeting with Bhagavantha, however, they refuse to listen to him. Later, Shiva Prasad is surprised when he gets promoted at work.

At the temple, Girija asks Shiva Prasad to donate his hair as a votive offering, but he refuses to do so. On facing various issues, Shiva Prasad thinks of a way to complete the votive offering.

Shiva Prasad feels dejected when his promotion is put on hold. He lies to Vishwanath and Girija about his salary hike, due to which an excited Vishwanath asks him to plan a family vacation to Kashi.
