Vatsala and Jayaram worry about the future of their daughters, Roopa and Deepa. Chirag feels grateful to his sister-in-law, Soundharya, for her sacrifices. He is then elated when she gifts him a car.

Soundharya tells her brother to find a match for Chirag and her terms shock him. Elsewhere, Deepa performs the 'vrata' on behalf of Roopa. Soundharya rejects a marriage proposal brought by Sukanya.

Deepa's brother sneaks into the house and she feeds him. Chirag slaps a man when he insults Soundharya. Later, Soundharya feels irked when Jogeshwar Guruji brings a marriage proposal for Chirag.

Jogeshwar Guruji gets furious when Soundharya rejects and insults his daughter. Furthermore, his prophecy shocks Soundharya and the others. Chirag and Soundharya are mesmerised to see Roopa.

Soundharya decides to take her family to visit their ancestral temple. Later, on the way to the temple, Chirag gives a lift to Deepa, who is dressed as a goddess, and they enjoy a fun conversation.

Prabhakar vows to destroy Soundharya's life. Chirag saves Jayaram from falling on a trident when he feels dizzy. Soundharya is mesmerised to see Roopa and decides to get Chirag married to her.
