A young boy named Chimpoo and his dog Simpoo, roam freely in the city and greet everyone as they pass by. Elsewhere, the inspector informs his juniors that they must protect the 'Padukas' - sacred slippers of the holy teacher, as antiques are being stolen from the city. Soon after, the 'Padukas' get stolen and the inspector gets angry. Meanwhile, Chimpoo and Simpoo find the robbers and hatch a plan to get the slippers back. Finally, the duo is successful in getting back the Padukas in time.

Simpoo and Chimpoo are excited about the Park's inauguration. Soon after, everyone from the society excitedly inaugurates the park by planting trees in the park. Later, Pandu is attacked by a ghost which is why they shut the park for a while. This upsets Simpoo and Chimpoo, so they try to investigate the case. Meanwhile, they see the secretary entering the park who is scheming to sell the park to a builder in return of a lot of money. Finally, Chimpoo and Simpoo, lay a trap to catch the culprit.

Chimpoo is excited to go to his grandmother's house to eat 'Kheer', - an Indian sweet dish. Soon after, Simpoo and Chimpoo reach her house, but there is no 'Kheer'. This upsets Chimpoo but his grandmother explains that the cows have stopped producing milk. Later, both Chimpoo and Simpoo figure out that the man who owns the sweet shop is responsible for the absence of milk in the village. So they follow him and see that he is feeding medicinal hay to the cows so that they are unable to give milk.

A robber named Jagga steals all the jewelry from steal safes, where he also leaves some clues. Elsewhere, the Inspector asks his colleagues to keep an eye out for the robber who has escaped prison, but they can't help them. Soon after, Chimpoo gets to know about the robbery and Jagga's threat of another robbery. Later, he gets to know that Jagga uses metal dentures to cut through the locks, so he attaches magnets to the safe he is going to rob. Finally, Jagga gets caught into Chimpoo's trap.

Chimpoo and Simpoo go to buy vegetables at Azadnagar market. Soon after, two men start fighting and a small boy robs one of the men. Meanwhile, two policemen who are around asking them not to worry, but later their boss yells at them for not being efficient enough to catch the robber. Later, they make a portrait of the small child and plaster it all over the city. But the robberies continue to happen. Finally, Chimpoo and Simpoo see an older man bullying the small boy and inform the police.

Chimpoo and Simpoo go to the market to see three monkeys perform some tricks. Soon after, the three monkeys rob a jewelry store and the owner calls the inspector. Later, the policemen go to the store but don't find any clues. Meanwhile, Chimpoo asks Simpoo to follow the smell of the monkeys as he suspects that they are the robbers. Elsewhere, the policemen don't perform their duty and instead, focus on binging. Finally, Chimpoo and Dia lay a trap and capture the three monkeys.
