Shaminder and his father arrive at their ancestral home with Gurman and Maninder. Shaminder’s mother feels jealous and Gurman misses her parents. Shaminder’s parents argue over Gurman’s claims.

Shaminder goes out of the way to cheer Maninder up and Shaminder’s mother enlists Gurman as an orphan. Gurman finally learns about her parents, and Shaminder’s father looks for Gurman’s relatives.

Maninder’s father, Gurtej plans to begin a new life. Shaminder’s mother asks her friend to publish a newspaper ad for Gurman. A couple claims to be Gurman’s relatives and Shaminder’s mother ousts her.

The couple takes Gurman with them and Shaminder’s mother celebrates. Swaran and Gurtej rescue Gurman and bring her back. Later, Gurman reunites with her aunt, and Gurtej tries to run a business.

Maninder expresses his disbelief about his marriage with Gurman and Shaminder joins the couple. Later, Lovely makes a prediction about Gurman’s child and mocks Shaminder’s wife, Prabhjot.

Shaminder’s mother, Nirmal, threatens Prabhjot and plans to oust Maninder from her house. Maninder learns about Swaran’s ill health. Later, Swaran announces his will in front of his guests.
