Tarela finds it difficult to make ends meet as the survival of her mother, Ebiere and her younger sister, Kome, rests on her shoulder. After quitting her job, and with constant persuasion from Edesiri, she decides to take up work as a stripper.

As Tarela adjusts to life at the club, reports reach Somto, the club manager, that Tarela does not want to give clients lap dances.

Tiwa is frightened that her father will discover that she works in a strip club instead of spending all of her time in school; Edesiri returns from her trip, and Halima, who hates Tarela, fills her in on what has been happening at the club.

Kome gets into trouble with a neighbour and an upset Tarela must pay for the damages; Tiwa speaks to Mide, the DJ at the club, about how frightened she is to tell her father about how she doesn't want to follow his plans for her.

Kelechi and Tarela leave things in a bad place after a fight over Tarela's new job; Edesiri shows up on Kome's birthday at Tarela's house.

As Pastor Remi and Pastor Ogunmola discuss wedding plans, Tiwa remains in a distraught state. Tarela surprises her mum with a small fully stocked shop around their house.
