Ajit Kumar Dev confesses to committing more than 100 murders in front of the police. A few months back, Ajit visits Katarwadi after killing a man and starts tricking people there in a doctor's guise.

Ajit's lover Rupa comes to Katarwadi and he keeps a feast for the villagers. Rupa learns that Devi is cheating people by posing as a doctor. Later, Ajit gets exposed after he kills Rupa.

Ajit makes a platform over Rupa's corpse. He fears being exposed seeing a child near the platform. Dimple's aunt Vandi comes home and does not like Ajit's behaviour.

Ajit saves Reshma from her husband Vijay. Later, he stops Vandi and her husband from trying to break the platform. Vijay calls Ajit when Reshma falls ill. Ajit admits Reshma to the clinic.

Reshma spends the night with Ajit and the next morning, Vijay comes looking for her. Ajit replaces Reshma's gold bracelets with fake ones. A man comes from Mumbai, and Ajit fears being exposed.

Dimple elopes with her lover Krish after stealing Ajit's money. Reshma asks Ajit to marry her and threatens him of suicide. Ajit agrees to marry her out of greed.
