Shiv, a down and out junkie with a troubled past, mindlessly drags himself through life. A chanced runin with his past wrecks Shiv’s already fragile mind. Lone wolf, Lakda is hired by the CEO OF Dynopharm for an assignment. The local gangster Munna is summoned by Ghulam bhai while Ashima, an inconsequential news reporter shoots for “Mauth ka bathtub”.

Shiv “meets” the doctors at a rehab & has a life altering experience that helps him make peace with his past. The doctors are onto something special but an impending court verdict threatens to take it all away. Munna roughs up Jimmy to protect his turf. Ashima wonders what her so called promotion means & explores greener pastures. Lakda gets one step closer to completing his assignment.

Shiv gets to know Dr. Roy, Nakul & Shweta and has a solution for the problem at hand but the doctorsneed convincing. The enterprise begins and ‘Magic’ hits the streets & DJ comes into the picture. Lakda successfully completes his assignment. Ashima faces rejection and is forced to accept reality, she decides to make a change.

Business is down and Munna gets harrowed. Lakda’s boss has a fresh assignment for him and heswings into action to locate ‘Magic’. Ashima seems to have stumbled upon what she was looking for. Apart from minor hiccups business is flourishing and cash is flowing in till Shiv and the doctors hit a roadblock, literally.

Shiv hatches a plan & swerves past the roadblock. Ashima’s research seems to yield results butRana has other plan, but she is convinced and decides to go the distance. Ghulam bhai pays Munna visit, leaving him writhing in pain. Munna decides to go on a deadly rampage. Lakda finds a critical lead. Jimmy is back.

Lakda discovers ‘Magic’ and finally lays his demons to rest. He is also very close to finding themakers of Magic. Jimmy summons Shiv and Shiv is left with no choice. Ashima meets Dr. G.M. Rao, the naxalite. Jimmy, the rapper, has an unexpected run in with Munna.
