Himalayan Odyssey - Thrill Run

Himalayan Odyssey - Thrill Run is a three-episode documentary series that follows a journey across Arunachal Pradesh along the Trans Arunachal Highway - from Pangsau Pass in the east to Bumla Pass in the west. The series is led by motorsport driver Lakhpa Tsering and a group of travellers driving across the state in their supercars like the Ferrari 488 and the Porsche 911 Carrera.

In this episode, the team moves through central Arunachal. In places like Ziro and Aalo, the series shows daily life, farming practices and local businesses. It also focuses on indigenous communities such as the Apatani tribe, their way of living, festivals and their deep connection to the land.

The Mountain Road takes the journey into the higher regions of the state - near the border. It covers places like the Sela Tunnel and the Tawang Monastery. The episode also looks at the strategic and geopolitical importance of the region and the history linked to it.
