Veena's father Raghunath and her best friend Chinmayi keep a secret from her. Prabhas's aunt Shailaja talks to the Sadavartes about a surprise. Veena's 'Pagadi' ceremony takes place at a temple.

Prabhas's absence at home during the Sarpotdars' visit angers Shailaja. She fixes his engagement with Tanvi Sarpotdar. Urmi's mother worries about her marriage. Prabhas goes on a picnic with his band.

Scared on being addressed as Kisha's wife, Veena warns him. Looking at Veena's uncle Manohar's photo, Shailaja vents her anger. When the sound of Veena's humming reaches Prabhas, he searches for her.

Prabhas tells his friends that he has fallen in love with a melodious voice. Later, Veena goes to the same bungalow where Prabhas and his friends are staying and sings a soulful abhanga.

Following Veena's voice, Prabhas rushes out of the house. Later, he heads to the temple on hearing the aarti. There, he mistakes Urmi for Veena and before he can approach her, Kisha stops him.

Irked by Kisha's words and the board put up by him, Veena warns him. While she runs away from him, Prabhas too runs behind Urmi. Later, Raghunath rushes to Kisha's house on hearing a news about him.
