Ishq Aaj Kal

Arshad asks Aalia out on a date, but she fails to make it which irks him. Shonali and Raghav are determined to get their hands on any evidence against Balraj, and Amaira is desperate for Faraz’s attention. After cancelling his date with Amaira, Faraz spies on Aalia and finds her at a dargah with Imraan. Meanwhile, Shonali tracks down Balraj and sets up a meeting with him.

Imraan feels that someone is spying on him and decides to move out of his house. Arshad is upset with Aalia, who later reveals to him that she has found her father, and with Meher for interfering in his life. Meanwhile, Faraz is stunned when he comes to know about the Jaffri family from Fareeda. Javed finds out that Aalia is Imraan Jaffri's daughter and Naaz tells Aalia to get to Javed if she wants any information about her father.

Amaira gets injured and is hospitalised. Ejaz tries to get closer to Meher and begins to understand her better than the other family members. Faraz tries to speak to Aalia about their families but she refuses to talk about it. Later, Aalia tries to contact Javed regarding Imraan which frustrates Arshad.

Aalia comes to know that Javed is lying. She refuses to give up and is adamant about finding out the truth. However, Arshad doesn't support her and ends up misbehaving with her. Meanwhile, Ejaz reveals the truth about NAK. Javed, who is planning to fake his own kidnapping to frame Aalia, gets kidnapped for real.

Faraz kidnaps Javed and plants all the clues against Aalia and Paresh, which Ejaz discovers later. Arshad refuses to believe Ejaz and doubts Aalia. Ejaz decides to take Aalia and Paresh to the police station but is saved by Aalia when some goons attack him on the way. Ejaz realises that Aalia can’t be the culprit and decides to look for further clues.

Imraan comes face-to-face with Javed and threatens to destroy him if he disrupts Aalia's life again. After the clues lead him to Faraz, Ejaz goes to arrest him and comes to know that Arshad's life is in danger. However, just when Ejaz reaches to save Arshad, he sees his car falling off the cliff after getting hit by another vehicle.
