Kankabati practises dance at college. Singer Aritra faints due to dizziness. As Kankabati returns home, Bullet, Panja and her grandfather discuss her marriage. Arjun's father searches a bride for him.

To persuade Samujjwal to sing, his friends ask Kankabati to visit his home. Initially, he refuses to sing at the event but later agrees with Kankabati's persuasion. Kankabati prepares for the event.

Samujjwal asks Kankabati for the script. Rupkatha forces Samujjwal to eat fruits and sweets, which annoys Kankabati. Meanwhile, Arjun and his family are mesmerised to see Kankabati's dance.

Kankabati's mother is happy about the mention of Kankabati's match with Arjun. After the event, Samujjwal and Kankabati bump into each other. He praises her dance and advises her not to stop dancing.

Samujjwal invites Kankabati to his home. Their affection for each other hints at romance. Samujjwal leaves as Roopkatha calls him. Kankabati feels low when Arjun's mother proposes her marriage.

Overcoming initial hesitation, Kankabati reaches the university after Samujjwal persuades her. He urges her to share the reason for her resentment. However, he fails to confess his feelings for her.
