Hakim exhibits his power to an engineer. Aarti saves Shanti from fire but gets blamed instead. Amrendra learns the truth behind Sandhya leaving Shekhar and sets out to shoot him, but Hakim stops him.

Aarti tries to save Sandhya's husband Shekhar from Hakim and Amrendra's scoldings, but in vain. Hakim and Bhutan argue over a piece of land. Later, Hakim asks his recruits to bring Shekhar to him.

Hakim's recruits leave Shekhar due to the fear of the police. The family gets angry with Aarti after learning that she had cautioned Shekhar. Amrendra refuses to forgive her until Hakim forgives her.

Bhutan runs into Hakim during a politician's meeting while Amrendra argues with Shakti. Shanti pities Aarti after seeing the other women's behaviour. Aarti faints due to Hakim's punishment.

Aarti's ill health does not affect anyone, but Ranjan takes care of her. Amrendra shoots Bhutan's recruit and thrashes him. Bhutan threatens Hakim and gets furious at Amrendra's actions.

At Bhutan's complaint, the cop visits Amrendra, which worries Aarti. Amrendra dreams of becoming the head of the village. Aarti's brother calls her when their father suffers a heart attack.
