Srinivas, a middle-aged man, tells his wife Lakshmi about his dream to build a house for her. A few men misbehave with Lakshmi's daughter Bhavana, and the youngest daughter Jahnavi comes to her aid.

At the office, Bhavana enjoys a conversation with her boss Shreekanth's daughter Khushi. Later, Lakshmi is moved by the birthday gifts given by Srinivas, their adopted son Venky and her mother-in-law.

Srinivas's family enjoys a dinner at a hotel. Lakshmi gets excited about a suitor arriving to meet Bhavana. Elsewhere, Ex-MLA Javare Gowda and his son Siddu dupe people by acting as their saviour.

A dejected Lakshmi has an emotional breakdown and vows to not eat sweets until Bhavana gets married. Meanwhile, Sinchana's family insults Harish. Later, Shreekanth's mother visits Bhavana's house.

Lakshmi feels surprised when Shreekanth's mother Vanaja proposes to get Bhavana married to Shreekanth. Lakshmi tells her family about Vanaja's proposal. Bhavana states her marriage decision.

Siddu fights off Muniswami's goons when they attack him. Shreekanth's family arrives at Bhavana's house to meet her. Later, Souparnika tries to demotivate Bhavana.
