Mr Sunshine

On his 40th birthday, Ben Donovan spends a typical day at work. Today he's trying to get the arena ready for the circus that night only the hockey rink ice won't melt.

While Ben caters to the needs of a teen heartthrob who is performing at the arena, Crystal holds an employee of the month contest, although she's already picked a winner.

Ben reluctantly agrees to a group date with Heather's sister Stephanie, Roman and Heather; Alonzo walks Crystal's dog in a dog show; Alice tries to impress a friend.

Ben tries to get his employees to like him, but his plan backfires; Heather must find a new halftime act when the Sunshine Center mascot quits.

Ben takes Roman in after learning he doesn't have a place to stay; Alice feels guilty when she can't keep up with Alonzo.

Ben helps Crystal find closure with her ex-husband, while Alice helps Alonzo deal with two billionaires. Meanwhile, Roman helps Ben by keeping Ben's date, the quarterback of a woman's lingerie football team, occupied.
