Second Chances

A person takes away Pari's birthday gift given to her by her mother. Pari's neighbour Bandu Kaka gives her a special gift. On Yash's birthday, his friend-cum-colleague Sameer forecasts his future.

Yash realises that nobody remembers his birthday except Aajoba. Yash meets Pari's mother when she comes to take Aajoba's signature. Later, he drops her off in Mumbai in a helicopter.

Neha brings Pari, who insists on sitting in a helicopter, to the office. On realising Mithila and Seema's ploy, Aajoba asks Yash to take over the Mumbai office. At the office, Pari befriends Yash.

At Yash's behest, Sameer pretends to be the owner of the company. Ghartonde calls Seema for help. When Seema asks Yash to come home to meet a girl for marriage, an irked Yash loses his temper at Neha.

Yash smartly gets rid of the suitress. Yash and his grandfather tell their decision to everyone. While the goons arrive and throw out Neha's belongings, Yash shows a magic trick to Pari and Neha.

Fear grips Seema when she learns that Aajoba is accompanying Yash to the office. Seema then rushes to the office and blames Ghartonde for the scam. Later, Aajoba sees Yash and Neha sharing a tiffin.
