Seetha’s father is glad to see Seetha dressed as Goddess. Ram offers lift to Seetha when her bike breaksdown. Mahalakshmi saves Sushma from Anand, but refuses to accept her as her daughter-in-law.

Ram becomes upset when Mahalakshmi asks him to marry the girl of her choice. He rejoices when he learns that Mahalakshmi has chosen Madhumita for him. Ram's family goes to see Madhumita.

Surya gets angry when Madhumitha refuses for the register the marriage. The families discuss Ram and Madhumitha’s marriage, which delights Seetha. Madhumitha turns down the marriage proposal.

Surya severes ties with Madhumitha when she informs him about Ram's marriage proposal. Madhumitha reluctantly meets Ram. She plans to tell Ram about Surya and call off the marriage.

Surya leaves for the city. Seetha’s family is pleased to see Ram admiring Madhumitha during the pre-wedding function. Ram is astonished when Madhumitha and Surya visit him late at night.

Seetha and her parents are distraught when they fail to find Madhumitha. They are shocked when Ram informs them about Madhumitha marrying Surya. A furious Rajashekar holds Madhumitha on gun point.
