Seetha, a single mother, wishes her daughter Sihi on her birthday. Sihi's wish for the return of her father upsets Seetha. Elsewhere, a millionaire bachelor Sri Ram heads to India on his birthday.

Sri Ram's grandfather Surya Prakash is elated by his return. His aunt Bhargavi hides her hatred for him and puts on an act. During Sri Ram's birthday celebration, Surya Prakash makes an announcement.

Seetha comes across Sri Ram at his house and he drops her close to her house in a helicopter. As Seetha is unable to get the cake for Sihi, she gets surprised when it gets delivered to her house.

As Sihi remains adamant, Seetha agrees to take her to the office. Later, to catch the fraudster in the office, Sri Ram makes Ashok pretend to be the boss, while he pretends to be his secretary.

At the office, Sri Ram is surprised on seeing Sihi and the duo become good friends. Seetha is amazed at seeing their bond. Later, Bhargavi calls Sri Ram home to meet a prospective bride.

Sri Ram saves his phone number in Seetha's phone at Sihi's request. Later, Sri Ram meets the prospective bride Mishika and agrees to marry her with a few terms, leaving her nervous.
